What do you call 48 emotional alters structured within one personality system? My life. For most of it, We operated in isolation — solving problems no one else could see, in ways no one else could understand. It was chaos in the beginning.
But over time, that chaos became structured. What emerged was a framework. A cognitive infrastructure for emotional categorization: The Legion of Emotions. An integrative, parts-based personality formulation that maps emotional, cognitive, attachment, and survival states as functional alters within a single system.
And now, that system is no longer just how We survived — it’s how We speak. This is Our story. And it begins here, in South Africa.
